1. About Us
GoHardy supplies textile machine spare parts, components, and equipment for [types of machines, e.g., spinning, weaving, knitting, processing machinery]. We deal in both genuine OEM parts and compatible/aftermarket parts as specified on each product listing.
2. Products and Descriptions
- We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe part specifications, compatibility, materials, and dimensions. However, machine models, part numbers, and specifications vary widely across manufacturers and machine generations — it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm part compatibility with their specific machine model before ordering, especially for custom or made-to-order parts.
- Images are for representation only; actual parts (finish, minor design revisions) may vary slightly.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors and to limit order quantities.
3. Orders and Pricing
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order via email/WhatsApp/phone before dispatch, particularly for bulk or custom orders.
- Prices are listed in “Rupees” and are exclusive/inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/VAT) as indicated on the product page.
- For custom-fabricated or made-to-order parts, a quotation and advance payment (as specified at the time of order) will apply, and lead times will be communicated separately.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payment via [bank transfer / UPI / credit-debit card / payment gateway / LC for large export orders].
- For bulk/industrial orders, we may require advance payment with the balance due before or upon dispatch.
- Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Warranty
- Manufacturing defects in new parts are covered for 360 days from the date of delivery, subject to normal usage.
- Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or use on incompatible machinery.
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase and, where applicable, photos/video of the defective part.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoHardy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including production downtime or loss of business) arising from the use, installation, or failure of a part, beyond the value of the product purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, catalogs) is the property of GoHardy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
